Where's my ZEN stipend?

I've purchased the lifetime subscription awhile ago, but I've never seen a monthly 500 Zen stipend in my game account.

Is there something I'm missing here? :confused:

    The stipend roughly comes on the same date you made the LTS purchase.

    Example:
    If you bought LTS on the 16th the stipend usually arrives somewhere around on the 17th/18th the following months.

    And the other thing is, the stipend doesn't show up on your transaction history. The only way to make sure you got it is too keep track of your zen amount. The 500 are easy to overlook if you're buying additional zen.

    I have a lifetime sub and havent played for 2 years. I want to start playing again and while im waiting for my legacy cryptic account to be linked to this new account, I wondered if I will have a big freaking pile of zen to look forward to when Im able to login?

    If you Account is linked correctly you should see a big balance in the C-Store window when you go to buy something. 2 years should give you somewhere around 12,000 Zen @ 500 per month.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Thanks! I left before Zen was even around. Will be nice to finally get all hooked with some cash to burn as Delta drops. Thanks for the info!
