Interaction Windows Flickering

On all of my toons the Interaction Windows keep flickering / shaking. No other windows do this. I have reinstalled all my video drivers and direct ex. I even went to direct x9 with no changes to the issue.

I have two AMD Power Color 6970 Call of Duty edition cards in cross fire. Not sure if that matters but I see a few claims to AMD driver issues. :)

    I have been seeing this as well. The window that lists the missions and the chat window are the most noticeable. But every once in awhile I will see other windows flicker uncontrollably as well.

    Same here, maybe it has something to with the ui scale rate in your options menu? i think the default value was something like 1.00???
