STO Launcher not working 9/11/2014

I try to run the non-ARC launcher and it opens this webpage "http://sitedown.startrekonline.com/launcher_login" and it says "this window is not redirecting properly"

And the normal launcher window is just a blank black box that says "Loading. Please Wait."

EDIT: On 5th or 6th try the launcher decided to work properly.
Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

    Same for me, non-arc, non-steam launcher has the above problem...


    EDIT: Seems after I posted it was fixed!

    seems this is not just local tested it with neverwinter and champions and I get the Black Loading Screen
