Support Cruiser Retrofit - Can't Find it

I can't seem to find the Support Cruiser Retrofit - Ambassador Class in the Z-Store anywhere...

Could it be because I had the one giving away free in the Anniversary??

Is anyone else having this issue??

Already tried discarding the 3rd Anniversary one and still nothing...

    Can't find it either. Not in the C-Store, not in ship requisitions.

    Same problem. Not showing up in zstore or on ship and shuttle requisitions.

    It's weird because that Cruiser has never been on sale on the ZEN store in the first place. I think someone at Cryptic had a bit of a brainfart?

    Yes im wondering where the fed ship is.... as are many ingame. I came here looking for answers, seems we have no word yet.

    Same problem here. I claimed the Varanus no problem, but the Ambassador simply isn't there.

    i think its just like the duty officer day thing a while back, there was a new romulan doff (the battery secondary effects) and there wasnt a physical contact to acquire the doff from.. (atleast, non that i could find)

    kinda derp moment :P

    I take it back, they didnt derp, just delay, its there (at the near bottom for me anyways)

    Found it! It's listed under "Available" for some reason, but I was able to claim it no problem.

    I just tweeted Smirk about the issue, will see if I get a response, but what I think the issue is with those of us who got the free 3rd Year Anniversary Ship from the Temporal Ambassador Mission...

    And still not on Z-store...

    Claimed the Varanus with slight problem (had already claimed one with a token, disbanded and reclaimed). Ambassador not appearing. I'm sure it'll get sorted quickly.

    Ambassador's found, issue's solved.

    Relog and check under Federation ships.

    I would honestly not be surprised if that was the reason.

    Now that it is available, it may be that it's still different, and you do not actually gain the account-wide unlock? Remains to be seen, I suppose.

    It's been marked as "availible" under 'Federation Class' ships, that's what may be confusing people. It's not marked as "100% discount" like the Varanus and other items, but "availible", so if you have a lot of C-Store ships purchased, your eyes may just be losing it among all the other ships you have.
