cant claim free Support Cruiser Retrofit: Ambassador Class in giveaway event

so..logged in today too grab the 'Support Cruiser Retrofit: Ambassador Class' from the giveaway..and followed the directions in the news post here http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/7003003-giveaway-event and to my surprise..i cannot find the ship in the c-store, where the directions sent me.

so..wheres the feddy ship?
Murphy's laws:
1- Murphy’s Law tells us that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.

    I cant see it either on my fed toon, my level 1 kilingon can see the free kdf ship, but cant retreive it.

    never mind, it just took its sweet time unlocking.
