It's a Intrepid that wants to be a Nebula...personally I prefer the Nebula over this.
I'll second that, lianthelia.
About the Intrepid-class kitbash... Since the Intrepid-class (U.S.S. Voyager) is able to perform atmospheric landings, I wonder how this ship would perform. (And better or worse than a Yeager-class, assuming it could land...)
Which makes me wonder if we'll be able to "land" our Intrepid-class ships in "Delta Rising"...
Not that we currently have anywhere in-game to land them.
Constitution -> Miranda
Galaxy -> Nebula
Intrepid -> This (Valkyrie?)
It's very Trek, and suits the basic idea of the kitbashed ships we've already seen both fan-made and in the series. IMO this would've made a great addition as a more tactical oriented Intrepid - it looks a little tougher
Presumably Starfleet were already producing Intrepid saucers, why would they not re-use those for other types of ship?
It would surely add some value, although it's not my cup of the TBH.

Looks like a cross between a nebula and intrepid and not a good one either.

Well, I have no problems with it... but it reminds me of the other kidbashes that Starfleet did when they were in desperate need for ships during WWII.
One of those "well, the warp core/drive works, the phasers fire, the torpedo launchers activate, the shields go up, the sensors pass their tests, and no one died during the process" designs that they pushed up.
Won't mind seeing it in-game but then again, not feeling that attracted to it.

I dont like the really weird placement of the impulse engines... which is that bulky support block between the nacelle struts and engineering hull? bad placement i think, knock out all your engines in one good volley.
Yuck, sorry the way they've just stuck the panelling from the Denaube Runabout looks awful, if it was as little more streamlined to represent the styling of the chevron/engineering hull it would be ok.

Wouldn't that include the Connie, Excelsior, most if not all "escorts", DSSV, ect?
Anywho, I like it. Has a nice Star Trek/Star Wars vibe going for it.

again we see a fan made ship that is tons better than what cryptic puts out for fed ships. FACEPALM

True. When I first saw the Yeager, i threw up in my mouth a little. A starship trying to be a fighter. *yawn*

Perhaps the fleet patrol escort really wants to be more like the bonaventure
or...
The enterprise:
