Exchange Sell Button greyed out

The exchange sell button is greyed out.
I can't sell anything on the exchange at all on any of my KDF or Fed toons.

I removed all items I was previously selling on the exchange and cleared all items returned to me in my email that expired.

I noticed I had a Bridge Officer Candidate that was almost impossible to remove from the Sell Lot I put up on the exchange.

I had to restart the comp and game several times before I could remove Lot.

Don't know if this had anything to do with it.

Meantime, I was looking to make some EC on the exchange and now I can't do anything.

Can anyone help me with this?

    I have 6 million so far.
    I have no items up for sale so far. I took them down.
    I am a lifetime subscriber so I should have more than 10 million as an EC Cap anyway.

    Do you have EC on the seller? There is a small posting fee, and if you dumped all your EC into shared bank or something, you may lack this??

    Also, you can't post if you have too many items in your mailbox. I forget the details on how many and when it breaks, but its a fair # of items.

    Small posting fee? You're playing a different game, right?

    But he's right about the mailbox; every item returned (but not yet taken out of the mail) will hold a spot in your sell list. In this case you've already mentioned you've empties your list.

    - Check the page you're on. I've had 2 paged filled of stuff I wanted to sell, it went pretty darn fast and the next time I went to take a look my list was empty and the exchange didn't react like it used to until I went back to the first page.

    - You know you have to select the item you want to sell first before you can even set the price and/or sell it?

    I have only 10 emails I can see only one page of them.
    There are no returned items in my mail system at all on all my toons.
    And when selling I select from the drop box and item goes from my inventory to be sold on the exchange.
    I can not complete the transaction. Because once again the Sell Button is greyed out.

    I'm beginning to suspect there is some bug in the mail system.
    Perhaps there are some items in there that do not show up on my end for me to see and remove.
    Just a wild guess or the exchange itself is bugged. Who knows?

    We are happy to help you with this problem, but I had to hide your post with all the ticket conversations.

    Please refrain from posting "Private Correspondence" in the future as it is a violation of our TOS.

    I logged in today. And now the exchange is working for me. Don't know how. But I sent proper bug reports with the info and what happened just in case someone else runs into this problem. But I am good for now.
