What is your fave unique console.

Not the standard ones like nutronium alloy or phaser relay etc. The special ones. They could fit any ship or be only used on one type but whats your fave special console, the one that makes you squee when you use it. ;) LOL

For me the most fun is the torp spread on the Armitage, Akira variant. I just love ramping up Attack patter alpha then omega or beta, torp spread 3, then the console. Wooo torpedo spammage! :D With photons getting lots of love from Dyson rep boxes, Undine story mission consoles and the bio torps, the akira/armatage with this console has to be the best torp boat in the game. i get a kick seeing about 20-30 torps in the sky at once LOL :D

Whats your fave special console? :D

Anything that has an animation and or low to no cooldown.

To me everything except aceton assimilator, valdore shield one and plasmonic leech is straight up garbage.

Anything that has a 3-5 min cooldown I just laugh at knowing the map will be over before that.

I remember with reputation t5 they set the cooldown to 10 min got a pretty good laugh then and never had them on my bar.

    Automated Defence Battery

means I don't have to worry about manually shooting down fighters and targetable torps

^ This... Many a time a big blob of plasma has been rendered useless by this lovely guy.

I like the leech and the AA as well.

Not really a fan of them, so the only console I would go out of my way to get is the assimilated console. It's a nice collection of passives that can work on pretty much any ship.

The AA is certainly a favorite, but top of the list is without a doubt the nadeon detonator for me.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

In terms of usefulness: Plasmonic Leech without a doubt

In terms of "cool" factor: My Tac Odyssey's Aquarius escort. Not useful at all, but a very cool gimmick that I enjoy re-equipping and using when replaying story content.

Alpha Deception Field, back when it was horribly broken and cooled down everything. What a ride that was.

Point defense phaser/disruptor. Fighters, targetable torps and some ships that get to close go bye-bye.

The Resonance Cascade Modulator. Good to have on a tank/healer.
If you've come to the forums to complain about the AFK system, it's known to be bugged at the moment.

Experimental Systems Set - vesta class (heal, repel, focused phaser + shield): most useful set out there.

I use the set consoles from the Protonic Arsenal and Counter Command Ordinance, as well as the Automated Disruptor Defence Turret, all of Which I'm very happy with.

The cool think about the turret console is all kinds of things buff it, from the Plasma Sci Consoles giving it Plasma Procs, to Disuptor boosting things, and so on. I like to think of it as my 5th weapon console ;p .

My new favorite console is the ultra-rare crafted science console, with holomatrix diode. +22% shield HP, +63.8 particle generators, and a proc that increases weapon power. It's made my feedback pulse even more disgustingly lethal than previously.

Depends on what ship I'm flying. Since I mostly fly Cruisers, I'm fond of the Anti-Matter Spread console. It's a handle thing to use when I'm a furball and a lot of things are on cool-down, I pop AM Spread. Now most of the enemies around me are paying attention to each other which give me some room to recover.

    Tie between several consoles.
-Andorian Weapons platforms, 7 forward weapons
    - Also Andorian, Don't remember the name but the big phaser blast. Hello 70k+ primary hits and 20k+ secondary hits

-The Voth Bastion console. Take a full blast from Donatra with no damage.
Well excuse me for having enormous flaws that I don't work on.

Might get some people angered by this but i like the scimitar set consoles. Shields while cloaked, temporary full weapons while cloaked, and a second layer of shields. Do i care that it is less powerful because three console slots are taken up by them? no. I like the feeling of flying the closest thing to what was in Nemesis. Still intimidating and fun.

Plasma Destabilizer. Bit of a wall of text there, but trust me, there's more benefit to it than just launching beachballs. It's one of the few ship-specific universals that I feel is truly making my ship more powerful. (Not that I particularly care about that nowadays, but it's an example of a universal done right.)

Plasmodic Leech, Valdore console, and the Bastion console. I also favour the jem consoles on my JHDC.

AA would be my second one, but its drain is bugged.

Saucer separation console on a fleet dreadnaught cruiser. Best. Console. Ever! Especially combined with antimatter spread console for set bonus. :)

And plasmonic leech since I have it on all 11 toons. Though for my last fed toon I had opened at least 60 tal'shiar boxes and didn't get one so I wound up having to pay 21 million EC for it. But it's worth it since I have max points in starship flow capacitors. :D

Plasmonic Leech and Aceton Assimilator are probably the two most poweful, although I only use leech with beam builds, and only carry AA for counter-spam and do not have it permanently slotted on anything except NWS builds.

For the clicky consoles: I tend to use consoles that supplant a BOFF ability or ship ability that I cant slot for some reason. For example, my KDF scramble sci toon uses Anti-Matter Spread on every ship, because it works well in conjunction with scramble sensors. Isometric Charge is a good finisher for my PVE science ship builds that cant do a lot of raw DPS directly. Theta Radiation is very useful for blinding and deshielding ships on your tail and can lockdown a group of targets in a hurry, and is a go-to console on ships that cant slot Eject Warp Plasma effectively (its too bad they share a CD). Photonic Displacer and Fluidic Phase Decoupler for emergency escape, the former gives enough cloak to leave Red Alert so it actually works like a battlecloak console if you have a real cloak, while the latter is just a getaway console for ships that cannot tank, run, or cloak on their own.

Other than those, its basically ship-specific consoles. T'varo two-piece is useful if you are doing everything else for a full torp boat. Both of the Breen consoles are useful, its too bad they are both locked to Breen ships or I would use them on other builds.

For utilitarian purposes, the Impulse Capacitance Cell. It has gotten me out of trouble multiple times and all of my ships have one.

For fun novelty purposes, the Cloaking Device console. I had some good times stalking enemy ships waiting for powers to recharge.

    Aceton Assimilator looks fun too.

The Barrier Field Generator is my favorite unique console. It's one of the last consoles that remains exclusive to KDF/Gorn. I'm sure it will be stolen soon too. To be honest it was stupid of me to talk about it.
The dress is gold and white. Over 70% people says so. When viewed from a certain screen angle it appears blue and black. The dress displayed on amazon is a blue and black dress, but it's not the same dress in the picture. If you're seeing blue & black you're slightly colored blind. A normal upright screen = white and gold.
