Traits missing

I've been asked by the Customer Service rep to log this here as well...

Basically my character (who is tier 5 in all reputations) does not have most of the traits available for selection. Out of the 20 (I believe?) traits in both ground and space I can only see 4 in each - and none of the Active traits.

This is on an KDF affiliated Reman if it helps.

I have tried the suggestion of "changing traits and re-zoning" but it has not helped.

Any ideas?

    I'm having the same issue on a couple of my characters, but they are both Federation. I don't know why there isn't a bigger to-do about this. I know several guys in my fleet that are having the same issue.

    I posted a thread yesterday to this same forum about my characters being level 50, completed all reputations, but having no captain or reputation traits except maybe a couple of captain ones, completely random, at that.

    My characters are almost completely useless right now. Cryptic, please fix this issue!

    Check your skills window and see if "Skills Invalid" displays at the bottom right along with a Respec button. If so, click the Respec button and that will fix things. It will not cost one of your earned respec tokens. Don't forget to respend your skill points.

    THANK YOU Frost! I've been going nuts trying to fix that issue. I seem to remember that coming up in the past for some people, but it always forced them to respec. If possible, maybe suggest some sort of notification that respec is needed in the future.
