UI elements mixed up and flickering

I'm experiencing odd graphical glitches with various UI elements.
1. I have the digital edition from release which comes with the TOS uniform, in the main screen where you can select form a list of pre-set uniforms it does not display there. It is actually there but it's a blank line that can be highlighted and selected to get the uniform, it seems like the buttons there but the text is missing.
2. In the same screen as the first issue if I select the tick box to show only owned uniforms the screen glitches out, it seems to overlay two uniforms over each other in the window and flickers, the same happens in the drop down menu it's as if the two lists are overlaid and flickering.
3. The mission box on the right hand of the UI that shows you your mission progress on occasion bugs out when there is more text than the window allows, instead of scrolling it tries to overlay the excess text over the existing text causing it to flicker.
