When you say rarely, guessing you mean less than the first shot of every cycle sort of rarely?
I played with a couple of cheap mk 2 ones and in my first 4 cycles I had 2 overloads (these were without faw), I probably spent 5 minutes hunting down various things with and without faw and had no further overloads.

Like I said before, the first 4 days I saw some of the new non-listed engine, deflectors, and shield mods, BUT only on the UR Aegis pieces I saw on the Exchange. Unfortunately, I haven't seen a piece since then. People must have ran out of EC and materials to make them.
I thought we were supposed to get UR regular deflectors, shields, or engines with new mods. The Aegis set is nice and all, but I really really don't have a need for it on my sci toon.

[CrdD] - 10% reduction exotic dmg abilites
Engines:
[Damp] - Inertia dampeners skill boost +10
[Inertia] - +10 Inertia rating
