Trapped on Qo'Nos "First City Mission"

I have a lvl 24 character that is stuck on Qo'Nos because of the mission "First City" I've progressed to the point "Exit the Prison" but I am not in the prison, I was in it and left but it didn't detect that I left.

My beam up button is disabled and I am unable to leave Qo"Nos and I can't Drop the mission because the mission can't be dropped. I've filed a ticket and never got a reply. So I came here in hopes that one of the devs will see this and fix this bug or remove the mission or something.

My friend tried to help me figure out the problem, I shared the mission with him, he's a lvl 50. Now he has the mission, can't do it, and can't drop it. but is still able to beam up. His mission says "Talk to Warden".

Neither one of us can go into prison at all, the door doesn't highlight and no map location is shown.

    You'll probably have to delete the character and make a new one. GM support in this game is virtually nonexistent.

    Having previously completed the mission & wanting to help a friend/fleetmate out, I teamed up w/ caderenard & had him share this mission. Dumb I know, because now I have a blight on my orders in progress list that I cannot get rid of. There is no way in hell that I'm deleting this character, especially w/ 12675 accolade points. :mad:

    Deleting a character because the devs don't fix anything is idiotic. Perfect World and Cryptic Studios really need proper support. They really seem to hate their customers.

    Have you filed a support ticket at https://support.arcgames.com/? That's really all I can do for you, sadly.

    As I said in my post I filed a ticket in game. I don't know if borthanius filed a ticket.

    Good luck.. I've been filing tickets on and off for over a year for one of my characters going through a similar issue..
