Picard receives a bloody nose and a tap to the chest node! Sisko is off to a hot start. But Picard has the knack for comebacks, so this is far from over.
*Sisko does not wait for Picard to recover. He runs to the back wall, jumps up on it, and lunges into the air for a James. T. Kirk dropkick to the chest.*
Picard's flying elbow continues to get him out of trouble. Now Sisko takes the blow to the face and the tap to the chest node. Can Sisko recover, or will Picard earn the accolade of "The Comeback Kid"?
*Channeling his inner Kirk and the power of The Sisko, he grabs Picard and throws them both to the ground, pulling Picard so as to land him on his back and be crushed.*
My thanks to all of the participants. This was a fun thread. It didn't go completely as planned, but I hope folks had some fun and got in some chuckles. There were some highly imaginative moves and counter-moves.
(I'm still working on the Tsunkatse symbol, and hope to have it finished soon, with your name emblazoned around the emblem.
So now that this round is finished, let's discuss what could make it better. I think perhaps, it could be 3/5 since 2/3 seemed a little short too me. Not enough moves, and not enough chances to come back.
I agree with it probably being a little short. We'll try a 3/5 next time. Plus, I'm looking at a different approach. Rather than having a tournament, folks can jump in and fight right off the bat, instead of waiting for a full bracket of entrants. Then after a while, the champion is the one with the most wins.

Or maybe we could just have this going continuously, and whoever currently has the most wins is the "Reigning Champion." If someone else wins enough to surpass the score record of the current Champion, then they take their place. And maybe at some point, a Reigning Champion may choose to retire, locking down their spot in the Tsunkatse history books as a champion.

Five.
Picard pulls out the trump card of "First Contact", and says "You may have God Mode, but I saved time itself and stopped the Borg."
Then he punches Sisko in the chest, yelling "And THAT's for punching out Q before me! I ALWAYS wanted to do that, you jerk!"

Speaking of guts... this is for not having enough to punch Q.
*Sisko slugs Picard directly in the face*
And you talk about time? I became Gabriel Bell in the past and got Kirk's autograph.

I'll see you soon, Sisko! For you are of Bajor, and I'm out that way a lot.
