New fed character - no duty officers awarded at level 18

For my new federation character I reached level 18 after completing the episode 'Skirmish' and didn't get the doffs awarded that I was suppose to get. I then completed the episode 'Spin the Wheel' and was leveled up to 19 and still no doffs. No mission given or anything. I then warped back to Sol System and talked to Lt. Ferra and he had nothing for me.

The 'Starfleet Rewards' window shows I'm suppose to get duty officers at level 18. Same problem the Romulans and KDF had at LoR launch, and for this specific level 18 reward too. Why is it so hard to get the level 18 doffs awarded when they are suppose to be? :mad:

    At level 22 I still hadn't received my level 18 duty officer reward. Level 23 was the next doff reward and I did receive that one which was a Federation Commander Duty Officer Pack. Still missing the doffs I was suppose to get at level 18.

    And I suppose whenever (if) this gets fixed I won't get the missing reward either.:mad:

    On the bright side, so far up to this point I have been getting bridge officer candidates from the level up rewards.

    Something I forgot to mention that isn't related to the missing level 18 doff reward, but is related to the level up rewards.

    At level 10 I did have a new trait slot unlocked and could choose a new trait, but I didn't receive the message about it or the tip that explains the trait system until level 12. Again, same exact problem romulans and KDF had (or still have if it wasn't fixed yet).

    hmmm check your available missions tab.....the mission to get doffs might be in there...just a fyi..might have to go to acamdemy to actually get them.....it bugs out sometimes

    I already tried that. Nothing in the available mission tab. Did not receive the mission automatically as I was suppose to. Talking to the furball at starfleet academy didn't do any good as he had nothing for me.

    And, I've reached level 35 and still haven't received the level 18 doff reward.

    I have seen several references to this bug but no one has posted the solution of it ever got resolved for them.

    Essentially reach lvl 18 fed and nothing happens.

    Check my duty roster no new officers added.
    Check my inv and no new officers there.
    Check my missions and no new officers there.
    Go to star fleet academy and speak to Lt. Ferra and no new officers there.
    Go to the officer store and no news officer credited there.

    Frustrating as I cant do most of the Assignments as it says I don't have the necessary officers.
