costume unlocks not available in tailor

hi i have a bug that my support ticket couldn't do anything about,it spans 2 rep costume unlocks
1st off i have tier 5 in both reps and all the items req to get the costume unlocks in tailor.
1.M.A.C.O is the 1st one i unlocked and got the accolade and title but when i went to tailor nothing was there to show the new unlock.
2.Counter Command 8472 same as above nothing showing in tailor options.

    Look under the "Head" tab, for the Uniform/Off Duty/Formal/Swimwear changing option.

    No problem, it isn't the most intuitive place to put it...
