Extreme lag with exchange

I thought it was the instance so I beamed to my bridge. It's a Cell Ship so I tried to post things there. Same thing happened. Any idea if thiss will ever be fixed?
My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.

    It's the same server, no matter where you are using it from. I have never had it lag as much as it will occasionally load a single row and fail to load the rest of the search response, which isn't lag as much as it is packet loss/dc.

    exchange lagged worse than ever on risa, so I thought maybe it was risa(because of the summer event) so then I tried esd...lag city.
    Murphy's laws:
    1- Murphy’s Law tells us that anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
    2- And anything that does go wrong will get progressively worse.
    3- And if you survive the first two laws it’s time to panic.
