Banned from PVPing

[System] [PvPGeneral] You cannot join queues from this map.

Every map I've tried in the game says that whenever I try to queue for any PVP queue. I've relogged, restarted the game, I've even REINSTALLED the game. No luck.

This occurred after queuing for a PVP match, and having the queue pop up with zero seconds. I joined it, and then it vanished, without zoning me to the new map. I changed maps to see if that would work (the usual solution), and then tried to rejoin the queue. It told me I was already in the queue. So I relogged. However when I logged back in, this was the result. Every map (ESD, SFA, Earth Orbit, Sirius Sector, Eta Erdani sector, K7, New Romulus, New Romulus orbit, Tau Dewa, Fleet Spire, Deep Space nine- every single one gives me that error.

    The game thinks you're already in a match. It will wear off after the match it believes you're in ends.

    I have the same problem.

    I lost connection when a PvE was about to start and ever since it gives me the msg

    you cannot join que from this map.

    Tried changing maps, logging off arc and forced file check... Its been 10 hrs since I made a help ticket but I cant even tell what the status of that is...

    very frustrated because I can join PvEs on alternate characters... just not the main one..

    If this cant be fixed... who do I talk to about a refund because this game is very broken...

    I thought this wan the support page? when will anyone help?

    waiting 10 hours to get a generic msg isnt acceptable...

    This isn't a support area where GM's or customer service will assist you. They can't. The only way is to submit a GM ticket at the support link in my signature. That said, this normally fixes itself after a server reboot which will be happening tomorrow anyways.
