the undine infiltration sound bug came back

when I first started playing the infiltration PVE The talk about "the bomb" which normally plays in the caves, started playing in completely random times outside the designated PVE. sometimes when I switch maps but other than that it's totally random. then It stopped doing that for some time, but when i played today, it started randomly saying things about "the bomb" outside of that PVE. Like i said there's no pattern to this. Please fix this annoying bug, thanks.

    same.... some romulan guy keeps hitting on me while i'm trying to fly my ship. keeps saying he's looking for a place to put his "nanite bomb". ugh, creep.

    It wasn't a Romulan, it was the bajorian commander you see at the beginning of the PVE
