Unable To PM

For some reason tonight ive been getting this message that I have never gotten before.

[System] [Failed] Cannot send private messages to non-friends with a newly created account.

Ive been whispering people most of the day and yet tonight im getting this ???

Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be ?

nvm, whatever it was seems to have sorted itself out after a complete shutdown and relaunch

    im getting the same error and i got 8 lvl 50 tunes

    one may not always recieve what one expected

    Getting the same error. I started a new account and now can not send in game chat messages, how long until you are no longer new???

    A) This happens when you haven't yet played 20 in-game hours.
    B) We prefer people not to necro a thread that's 30 days or older ;).
