Where is the $5 zen purchase option?

Your poor choice of website/forum design, move to ARC, and removal of the $5 zen purchase option has cost you yet another monthly subscriber and zen purchaser. Thanks. (for sucking)

    But most people don't know that. You click on Charge Zen on ARC it only shows the $10 amount as the minimum.

    So makes me wonder if that's purposely done or someone on the ARC design team goofed up.

    I just bought $5 worth of zen after grinding 2190 for an Avenger. Page gets stuck on transaction processing with the page reloading faceback and other code over and over again. Clicking on "transfer zen" does nothing unless I left click and open in a new tab. Then, I can transfer my zen.

    Not a very smooth transaction.

    That's strange. I noticed this initially but it keeps forwarding me back to the new ARC page where the $5 option isn't there...

    [edit] I just tried it again. Nope. it doesn't let me do it. I got an error that it's no longer an option and forwarded me back to the Arc page. So your six seconds? .... just cost me 15 minutes of wasting my time. Thanks for the bad info.

    If you are wonderiong about the new page that doesn't give $5 option, click 10, select payment, it should reroute to a new 'choose payment' page, select how you pay, and the $5 option is there to select, they just removed it for the quick link.

    Meanwhile, on Steam, the $5 option is alive and well, and just as easy to use as ever. I used it myself last night. And they're trying to push Arc as PWE's Steam beater?

    Except why would you click a link saying "Alreay have Zen? Click here!" when you in fact don't have Zen and are trying to buy it?
