Your poor choice of website/forum design, move to ARC, and removal of the $5 zen purchase option has cost you yet another monthly subscriber and zen purchaser. Thanks. (for sucking)
I just bought $5 worth of zen after grinding 2190 for an Avenger. Page gets stuck on transaction processing with the page reloading faceback and other code over and over again. Clicking on "transfer zen" does nothing unless I left click and open in a new tab. Then, I can transfer my zen.
And they have no one to blame but themselves for not taking the time to educate themselves by simply taking a few minutes to go thru the ARC website and learning where the various links provided go.
Willful ignorance is NOT an excuse. Learning to navigate a new website isn't rocket science.
We aren't talking about playing a game and knowing every nook and cranny, we are talking about a website that supposed to be designed around customer convenience. :P
I find your complaint odd because I had no trouble finding the $5 dollar zen option.
You just click on "Already have ZEN? Go to My Wallet", then click on "Charge Zen Now" then pick a payment option (paypal, cc, prepaid card, etc), click "next", and there it is:
$200.00 20,000 + 1,300
$100.00 10,000 + 600
$50.00 5,000 + 300
$30.00 3,000
$20.00 2,000
$10.00 1,000
$5.00 500
Total time elapsed to find the "missing" $5 dollar Zen option... 6 seconds.
That's strange. I noticed this initially but it keeps forwarding me back to the new ARC page where the $5 option isn't there...
[edit] I just tried it again. Nope. it doesn't let me do it. I got an error that it's no longer an option and forwarded me back to the Arc page. So your six seconds? .... just cost me 15 minutes of wasting my time. Thanks for the bad info.
If you are wonderiong about the new page that doesn't give $5 option, click 10, select payment, it should reroute to a new 'choose payment' page, select how you pay, and the $5 option is there to select, they just removed it for the quick link.

Not make them jump thru hoops getting nothing but net
Jellico....Engineer ground.....Da'val Romulan space Sci
Saphire.. Science ground......Ko'el Romulan space Tac
Leva........Tactical ground.....Koj Romulan space Eng
JJ-Verse will never be Canon or considered Lore...It will always be JJ-Verse
Meanwhile, on Steam, the $5 option is alive and well, and just as easy to use as ever. I used it myself last night. And they're trying to push Arc as PWE's Steam beater?

This character is why I don't play my Romulan any more. Tovan Khev is NOT my BFF! Get him off my bridge!

So makes me wonder if that's purposely done or someone on the ARC design team goofed up.
Not a very smooth transaction.

Except why would you click a link saying "Alreay have Zen? Click here!" when you in fact don't have Zen and are trying to buy it?
