It would really be helpful if we had a topographical survey of planet surfaces so we don't have to guess.
Hi arpaia,
For any object or contact you can set the "Y relative to" property to Terrain and then set Y value to 0 and the object or contact will appear at the terrain level on that spot.
Good luck with you mission! This can be difficult but it's rewarding when completed!

That's assuming I'm not driven to madness having to load and reload the simulation every time I make a few changes or add a new object...
