Rai still bugged for Romulans

I still not get any of my Rai for all but one of my accounts for my Romulans toons. When will this be fixed? leveling 24 toons to Diplomacy will take a long time!

I hope this is fixed sometime soon. "mine enemy"

    Just played Mine Enemy 5/13 and I don't get the chat option to get her to join my crew either. Can we get any acknowledgement on this issue. My Toon is a Fed aligned Rom if it helps any.

    If you choose to skip the romulan tutorial when creating a new character Rai won't give you the option to join your crew. The only way to get her is to get your marauding/diplomacy maxed out at rank 4. I know because I reported this a long time ago and it took a few months. Once I hit rank 4 marauding on my romulan character I went back and Rai gave the option to join my crew.
