Beam Array in tac console slot upon beaming down

As you can see, my warp core, tac console and beam array in slots they CANNOT normally go into. this happened when I first beamed into the new ESD from Sol orbit. I was using my Anti-Proton build in space and it looks like it tried to load my Sprial Wave build upon beam down and got fracked up.
It cleared up when I beamed back up and fully loaded my Spiral Wave set up. I did not select the build, it just changed it.
I also now have duplicates of the items that were misplaced.
