My Counter Command items seem to be duplicating themselves.

I've been using two layouts on my Tac Odyssey since Season 9 - my usual base MACO loadout and my work-in-progress Undine (Counter-command) loadout.
I've got the tac console, the universal console, the torpedo, plus the deflector array.
Somehow, and I've no idea how to reproduce this... I've got THREE of the tac consoles and two of the deflector. The first extra tac console showed up in my overflow bag during a swap, even though I've got plenty of free inventory space.
I haven't tries selling the extras, cause who knows if the system will "catch up" at some point or not.
EDIT: I seem to have three of my elite fleet quantums when I only used to have two, also.
