Duty officers keep changing

Since Season 9 I've noticed that my Duty officers keep randomly changing even when I don't change my load out or change my ships. I have to go back and rest all of my active duty officers almost every time my ship warps into a new zone/map.

Don't believe the lies in this forum. I am NOT an ARC user. I play STO on Steam or not at all.

    Save your loadout a few times, it'll stick

    I have the same problem. Will try saving it under loadouts before closing the menu to see if it sticks. Nonetheless, this is still a bug that needs to be addressed.
