My energy credit increase is gone

Dunno if any one else has had this Problem but when the new season came out my energy credit increase service vanished. Im a Silver player, free to play , im a bit upset from the help tho. I submitted a Ticket and there response was that they have no record of my purchase , i brought it when STO was still New, just another way of them trying to twist my arm to get more money out of me.

    I have too upgrade this long time ago, but somehow it disappeared too :(, twice actually, in the end i never buy this service, thinking is a bug they never fixed.:rolleyes:

    I've proven to them i had it because i got EC Over the 10 mill Limit cap.

    I don't know what they did, all i know back then, they reset my account back to last backup, losing the time, items and efforts, i quit sto for a short period because of this, but then i still love this game...lol:o. I never do this upgade again.

    yeah know what you mean, there just horrid people at times but you love the game more then over them.

    Well i got a reply back, i don't think he/she is going to give me back my EC increase back to me, even tho i've proven to them i had it.

    Word of warning, you're not allowed to post correspondence you had with support. :)

    I feel for ya, but the simple truth is my friend on a F2P game you have absolutly no guarantee of anything. If we all got up tommarrow morring and tried to log into the game and it wasn't even there, there would be absolutly nothing we could do about. It would go for days, weeks, months and years before we got hint of what happened and its all because of money. Its super unpredictable. If one month was to go by and STO didnt make enough revenue to please its investors (subscription based games are done alittle diffrent there owned by the company that produces the game) they would pull the plug. Thats why you keep seeing money sinks in the game because good content doesnt make investors money. Theres a ton more i could go into but after season 9 I would recommend that you play STO for what it is, a past time, rainy day game to keep yourself from getting bored. I still like it but not like I use to. Its just to unpredictable and when something goes wrong it stays wrong. If I was wrong, cryptic would have checked server logs and seen you had paid for the ec increase, then issue an apology and reinstated your service you paid for as well as all the ECs you lost. But we can always hope....
