Where on ESD can you Claim your Android Bridge Officer please ?

    From the transporter, follow the ramp to the left, through the passage past the UFP logo, left, down the ramp, left again, under the platform.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...

    It is quite simple, I'll try to break it up.

    Beam in (or go to the transporter)
    Go forward, when you get to the water Federation logo, go left
    Go through the walkway
    Go left
    Go down the ramp
    Go left again
    Go into the room on the lower floor.

    Just as a side note, you used to get ALL of your Veteran Rewards right off the bat (extra ship slots, Android BOff, etc...), now you have to make it to a certain level...it was a bit of a shock to myself when I couldn't start off with my ship and have my Liberated Borg BOff, my Android BOff, etc...so, that's just a head's up.

    Also, if you know where Admiral Quinn's office is on the new ESD, the place you go is literally right below his office. I hope that helps.
