Undine Infliltration voice over

Is anyone else getting the last part Undine infiltration voice over about "The bomb being planted" every time they change map or is it just me that's having to suffer?
Oh, it's not broken? We can soon fix that!

    Yes and for me it's not only when i switch maps, it's anywhere for 5mins. apart to .01 seconds apart. it's so frustrating.
