Also, I traded in two fleet kits: "Spire Engineering Kit - Bunker Fabrication Mk XII" and "Romulan Engineering Kit - Fabrication Specialist Mk XII". This is what I received in return.
Spire Prototype Engineering Kit Mk II
1 ultra rare Mk XII kit module
3 very rare Mk XII kit modules
1 uncommon Mk XII kit module
Romulan Engineering Kit Mk XII

3 rare Mk XI kit modules
1 uncommon Mk XI kit module
I suspect that "Romulan Engineering Kit Mk XII" was incorrectly given the rare and uncommon Mk XI kit modules for "Romulan Engineering Kit Mk XI".
I looked into the issue and have found that if your character experienced this issue in previous builds on Tribble, it will be stuck in that state. You will need to re-import the character to Tribble in order have the skill window not appear every time you transfer maps.
This will not be an issue on Holodeck as the problem will not have been present there.
I still can't wear or edit more than half of my costume slots when on Tribble. Not sure if that's normal or a bug. I've mentioned it several times now over the past month but nobody has ever gotten back to me about it.
All Fed characters by the way so not the standard KDF "known issue". Trying to switch to anything other than the first 5 uniform slots just doesn't do anything and if I go to a tailor and edit any of the uniforms past slot 5, the changes don't save.

because it was a magnet for nerds... seriously, good riddance. if we weren't forced to talk to Q there 99.999999999999% of the player base would never set foot in there. Bad enough having to just walk past it

It's being remodeled. It'll be back after Season 9 launches.

Costume slots you purchased from the c-store, along with anything else you bought there, don't transfer over to the test server. All you have are your 2 free slots and any free slots you got as veteran rewards. This only affects the test server so you won't lose any on holodeck.

That is blatantly false. Club 47 won't be finished in time for season 9 launch so access to it remains closed until it's done. They'll release it as soon as they are finished with it. As stated by Tacofangs.
Active Reputation Powers are not placed into your tray when selected in the Traits window.
Sounds almost like a feature to me - I hate it when something pops up at spots I don't want it to be. (Just like how I really hate it when I acquire a new ship and the abilities are spread across the trays with not only no rhyme and reason, definitely not my rhyme and reason.)
But I understand that it's needed so that players find the power and realize they have it.

Most annoying part of that for me is that it drops all of the weapon powers into the slots. I have to go through and drag them all out. Since I almost never use them in the tray, I just click them onto auto on the weapons window and hit spacebar or hit spacebar to fire them. I would never bother to click through for every beam weapon to fire one at a time.
This is really bad for the ships that you are given for just one mission. When you are handed the Dyson destroyer to fly its powers are scattered across 4 trays, with one full tray taken up by the beams and torps. I'm always afraid I'm missing some super ability because it got pushed to the middle of the 4th tray where I keep sector powers or mostly worthless powers.
I can't imagine what it looks like to a player with just 1-2 trays worth of abilites...

Ok cool, that's good to know.
I was just worried because I wasn't too sure about it and wanted to make sure the Feds weren't about to be hit by a similar bug to the KDF side. That bug has been going on for years now and still no damned fix.

if they were, the bug would get priority fix. I think that would be the best thing that could happen to the KDF, I think.
Ship Loadout STILL not working properly. (together with the active duty officers)
BOffs and active duty officers get swapped or disappear, no matter how often the load out is saved.
when you change a ship (no matter if on station or in space) the boffs are not seated and the doffs also not.. re-equipping the loadout doesnt do anything .. not for the boffs not for the active duty officers. and the loadout also is not listed as equipped loadout as it normally should.
We will be bringing down the Tribble server for maintenance to apply a new update: ST.40.20140330a.16
General:
Added future weekend events to the Calendar.
Aside from my usual and unrelated issue of not seeing anything on the patch notes about making the infected complexion full body, this part did make me pause.
One of the big reasons for switching to the weekends instead of the hourly events was supposedly to increase the amount gained from whatever resource favored by that specific weekend. My issue is that it doesn't really seem to be the case, and in all reality is doing the exact opposite. While I do like that they are adding future weekends to the calendar, it still seems too far and few to really do anything other than contribute to the nerfing of players happening. Aside from the mirror event, will we be seeing a better way to gain expertise for use in the rep grind and fleet grind?
This weekend thing really doesn't seem to be doing all that great, is there any chance we can get the hourlies back?

General:
Resolved an issue which was causing character creation failures in the Foundry.
Resolved an issue which was causing the Skill window to appear after each map transition.
Added future weekend events to the Calendar.
Known Issues:
Active Reputation Powers are not placed into your tray when selected in the Traits window.
They can be slotted by dragging them from the powers list into the tray.
The door to Quinns old office has not been hooked to a new location on new ESD for Foundry missions.
This will cause some Foundry missions to not work if an objective was to use this door in the mission.
Assimilated Romulan Republic characters have Tal Shiar costumes.
Some backgrounds in interact windows with NPCs on new ESD still show old ESD backgrounds.
Dilithium weekend event from May 1st to May 5th. The next event in the calender is the Shuttle event.....which goes from May 29th to June 2nd probably. Can't see past May in the calender. So that means next month we'll have a whole friggen 2 weeks of no weekend events.
At first the removal of the hourly events brought us a weekend event every other weekend. Now it looks like we'll only get bonus events twice a month. Then I guess later only once a month?
Bring back the hourly events, or at least make it so we have a bonus event every weekend. Since the removal of the hourly events, the PVE queues have dropped in population. Most events weren't touched but there were enough choices that players would queue for. Now even more events aren't touched making the choices on stuff to do very limited. It's hard to even get into Azure Nebula Rescue now for romulan marks. But I suppose this was your intention all along. And with season 9 we're getting some more PVE queue events that people will get sick of after a while and they'll just do the quickest easiest event for their marks.
Edit: On second thought, just do away with the whole bonus events thing entirely. No hourly. No weekends. No nothing. Might as well considering you just want to make it harder and harder to get marks.

the reason for this is that nothing you bought on holodeck counts on tribble. that includes uniforms and costume slots. you have whatever you are using, but if you tried to get your ship again, or customized that uniform you bought off the cstore, it will revert to you not having it, because on tribble...you dont.

Haha thanks, yeah somebody else pointed that out to me. I hadn't even considered that but of course did already know it, for some reason I had a brain TRIBBLE on it. I was just worried about more tailor bugs being brought to Holodeck because none of the devs had ever responded to me about it over the last month or so.

The "Elim Ziyal - VR Armory officer" from the c-store Bajoran bundle does not seem to spawn additional turrets when used with a Romulan/reman captain is this a known issue? or I'm just super unlucky with 12 Romulans, I've never been able to spawn extra turrets with that doff equipped as far as I recall.
The doff does work well with all my other KDF and Fed captains though......
Comments
I actually like Delta Rising.
I guess nothing new. I mean is there anything left for a new type od weekend event ?
That is still happening to me.
This is also still happening to me as well.

Dilithium weekend first week of May, shuttle weekend first week of June. Whole lot of blank nothing in between.

Haha yeah that's very true. It's why I play my KDF toons less than the other two factions, they just get treated like the dirt on someone's shoe.

I don't boycott them, I just play them less than I play Feds.
