Same tghing happening to me...got booted from the game, and now am stuck at connecting to login server screen. Cryptic...just restart all your servers please.

I have no problems and if it was a widespread issue, there would be dozens of posts about it today. The only way anyone can help is if you follow the troubleshooting guide http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=919211
Do you consider it a widespread issue now? Have enough people posted about it for you to not dismiss what someone is stating in a post? Great link to the troubleshooting guide, to bad that is not the issue mr. Community.
Might be a good time to upgrade the Commodore Vic-20 you have running the server to something more current but not prohibitively expensive. A Pentium 3, perhaps? Just for events, you understand. This kinda thing seems to happen (to varying degrees) with almost every 'event' at some point during the event period. Just a suggestion

Grats your the first person I have met that can? So how could I do it wrong? Boot the machine, go to the client location and start it. Login and wait for it to never actually log in. After fail start the launcher have it start the client. After logging out of the client dont close it and it works just fine for a relog. Are you sure your shortcut has absolutely no switches to pass parameters?

It isn't a Cruiser, it is a Warbird. Totally different. Coincidence that it moves with Cruiser agility.
On the other hand, maybe someone pointed the old Lulzsec Hate Machine at Cryptic?

And give a traceroute so that everyone else can help you. Also you can try going into the options once the launcher loads and changing the proxy settings.

There is a problem in the game I keep getting kicked off from arc and it takes for ever to get back on with the message that keeps appearing that it can not authenticate. You folks have lost all means of listening to your CUSTOMERS! You know those folks who seem to make it where you have a place to work at that thing you call a JOB!
END THE WELFARE PROGRAM CRYPTIC OR MAYBE WE NEED TO END YOURS!!!
