Multidemensional Transporter Devices missing from Events

I just got out of the Mirror Invasion on my romulan. And put the Multidimensional Transporter Device in my events tab. However, the device disappeared and my count for the event did not increase. I don't know if this is a repeatable bug, but I would appreciate if my counts would be fixed.

    I've got four alts with the same problem, and are now shorted.

    And no, it's not repeatable for 20 hours. The first one it happened to I thought it was the 20 hour timer, but after 4 runs in a row 24 hours after the known last time, it's confirmed to be bugged.

    I'm only running it on 2/*lost count* characters, my KDF Rommie has no problems, but my Klingon as been stuck like this for the last couple days....glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue, yet upset it is there :(

    Same exact problem. My KDF character had fallen a couple behind and that really surprised me so today I watched very carefully as I submitted the item to the event rep.

    The event rep was 5/14 before I started, I submitted the item, it ate it, but was still stuck at 5/14.

    Here's a screenshot showing that, The empty inventory slot over there is where the item was before event rep ate it and didn't give credit.

    <edit> you can see the last inventory action was "Item Acquired: Multidimensional Transporter Device".

    I have a similar but different problem. I never got my multidimensional transporter device at all. I completed the Mirror Invasion but did not receive my device. When I put in a ticket, I was directed to the forums to fix the problem. How sad.

    I just had the exact same thing. I had a toon I hadn't played on the event in around 2 days (well past the 20h cooldown), and at the end of the event (non-elite level), I got the choice of marks but no multidimensional transporter. Not in the overflow bag either, as I had over 50 open inventory slots.

    *edit* You know what, I just remembered now that I had lost my connection in an STE last night. This probably cut into the cooldown and probably explains my missing device. Sorry it doesn't help with yours. Best -- Paul */edit*
