So we ask for more waves or a no win scenario elite because the one we have now is so easy to beat we can do it with 3 people and what do you do, you nerf it so you can't farm it anymore. That's great work there, really responding to your customers.
So I am guessing this means folks can no longer go 'not doing the last wave as its pretty bad on a marks to time ratio' and warp out leaving the rest of the team in limbo?
Don't make it so easy for star citizen. Oh wait you folks must want to play that to when you don't have a JOB anymore. In that case keep up the GOOD WORK and we will see ya in game! That one not this one LMAO!
END THE WELFARE PROGRAM CRYPTIC OR MAYBE WE NEED TO END YOURS!!!
Oh FFS, as if getting a No Win group together isn't hard enough, now this? Plus people still learning it won't get anything so they'll be even less inclined, and if you lose at like 9 or 10 because one player got overwhelmed, everyone gets nothing? I mean makes sense for Fleet Alert, but that just screws up No Win to No End.
Hope this is true, really tired of exploiters cutting out which ruins it for everyone else.
If your talking about fleet alert i'll give you that one, people did it in the public queues which wasn't right. People could not farm no win in the public queues, it hurt noone to farm in private queues but as usual cryptic has found a new way to ram **** in ***.

You don't get nothing you just get an end reward at the end it seems. If you fail on 10 you'll get a reward for getting that far it's not all or nothing - that would kill off any interest for most people.

Oh. Less annoying then. Never quite understood why even farmers would quit on 10 anyways, since that one last wave was 144 more (unless you had a really fast farming team). Personally I preferred trying to always get 10 anyways just on principle, but still this is gonna make it harder to get a group together, and the public NWS channels were already ghost towns. And just when I'm trying to get my fleet into it too.

Doesn't kill me as much as other people. I have 3 no win toons so effectively if it wasnt for some of my guys only having 1 or 2 we can keep running it regardless of the 30 minute cool down. Die on wave 10 its still 242 marks (just got 243 on a pug) switch toon. 2 toons isn't terrible it just means doing other things.

You quit on wave 10 to get no cool down so you can get 242 marks every 15 minutes. You do this with an organized team not with some random guy who doesn't know whats going on. Since 1 out of 5 times your going to fail the risk is greater than the reward.
As I said above multiple toons its not so bad plus you might accolade your noobies more often!

Winning puts it on cooldown, so does losing, the only thing that doesnt put it on CD is if you bail out while its running. Same for most of the queued events. The public STFs are the only thing that gets a leaver penalty, and even with them the private queues dont.
Since you went ahead and did this, can you please remove the cooldown on fleet credit farming PvE events. Not sure if you're aware but even by abusing the system, it took 3 hours straight of farming just to get 1 piece of fleet gear.
Now it will take at least 6 hours.
Oh well, to all the people who don't have fleet items, good luck getting them now. The devs created a big chasm to overcome now.
The alternative? Try to crit Dyson sphere doff assignments and turn in the excess CXP (If you have excess).

There are a lot of sources for FMs. Farming NWS was just the most efficient (by far). All of my toons are fully equipped and only two of them ever did NWS much at all.

It's not the old toons. Heck, I farmed Nukara when you could get 900 fleet marks an hour so my main toon has more than a mil fleet credits. I'd love to see how a newer player can get fleet credits easily short of farming dilithium for them.
I can see how Cryptic considers it an exploit because it screwed up their maths and didn't see NWS becoming a haven for farming but seriously this has been going on for just over a year. They designed the rewards to be per wave so to then call it an exploit seems poorly judged when they've had plenty of time to close this 'exploit'.
Someone's pointed it out already people skipped on 10 to avoid the CD but since you get the CD either way going for 10 is going to make NWS more fun and keep me a little more on my toes. NWS still remains my farming fm method of choice for now. The moment they nerf the reward is when NWS interest nosedives.

Oh I knew that, I just mean that you quit on 9 and have no CD, but find you gotta find your people again, replace the one or two who didn't get out in time, clean out your inventory, etc, takes up time anyways. Or just beat 10 which counts for most of another run anyways, stretch your legs, grab a soda, chill a few minutes, then go again. So you can be the Super Efficient Master Farmer, or just do it the normal way for almost the same results. I mean why work so hard at exploiting the system when there's not much actual benefit from doing so?

Because your math doesnt work out, you get far more by farming then by winning.
Farming W10 should be better than just farming W9, you just need 3-4 chars to cycle. And failing W10 will just ruin local efficiency as you just loose the 1-2 minutes it normally takes to complete W10
they way i see it, say force us to use more effective W10 farming thus limiting it to those capable of fielding the number of chars necessary

240 from Deferi ground once per day, then rotate between Crystaline elite, fleet alert and colony invasion every half hour, that gets you 500 in a couple of hours every day. Mix in things like Mine Trap and the other fleet maps periodically. And you can still do NWS every hour.
So it took Craptic one year to realize that farming was actually an exploit or is it that they just decided people shouldn't have so many Fleet marks and they should instead spend real money if they want elite fleet gear? Pathetic I say.

Erm....thanks Cryptic? Not sure many will agree though but don't worry I'm not singing your praises :P.
