Solanae Advanced Technologies set bonus not working.

The 3/4 set bonus for the Solanae Advanced Technologies isn't reducing the cooldown for the abilities at all.

I have the solanae secondary deflector, proton destabilzier module and the shield inversion projector.

The cooldown on the beam and shield inversion are still 3 minutes. same as with only 2 set bonus.

I've tried requipping and such in diffrent orders, but the cooldown is always 3 mins, despite it being 2 mins, since set bonus is supposed to shave off one minute on both.

    Something that occurred to me i didn't mention.

    This is for the romulan version. I've no idea if Fed and Stinky defense force is bugged as well.

    Ow, so i was really upset cuz the cooldown of the shield inversion was originally too high (almost ridiculous 3 minutes..), and well, i was saving for the cooldown set and now you tell me that it doesnt work.. xD. Well, at least its funny. Very funny ^^

    I tested the 3 piece set bonus on the Fed side and it doesn't work there either. They all still have a three minute cool-down.

    I tested again today after the patch - no stealth fix unfortunately. All the consoles still have 3 minutes cool-downs with the 3 piece set.
