So I have a few things here:
1. I cannot put anything into my account bank, nor can i take anything from it. This started happening with the new update and when I bought extra inventory and bank slots.
2. Any C store ship I own cannot be reclaimed, or small craft, I get an error message that the ship cant be purchased and that the transaction failed even though I meet all the requirements for those ships, they arent currently claimed and i have the ship slots. This has been going on for 2 weeks or longer, discovered it awhile ago.
3. And for the most Bizarre one yet.......I tried to buy a fleet galaxy x. I meet all the requirements such as fleet marks, the module (I already own the c store one) and we have plenty of ship requisitions as a fleet. Well when I click on "Buy ship" it does absolutely nothing. No ship appears nor does it take the required marks, module, etc.
Here's another interesting bit......I am able to buy TWO fleet avengers for the same character if I wanted to. Before this was never allowed to have two fleet ships but it lets me buy it. Crazy huh?!
Again I also meet the requirements for all these items and have the ship slots so what is going on? I submitted big reports and of course contacted tech support and right now the issue isn't solved yet. Anyone having any or all of these issues like me?

I suggest you submit a support ticket as sadly you will not get a direct response to these issues via the forum.
....if you are lucky this will be fixed by 2018.
You arent kidding me......and the responses havent been that helpful. For being a strong supporter of this game from the start ive never had that many problems with my character and account but suddenly since the winter event it's been nothing short of chaos for me even worse since the last couple of updates. I even provided a video for them to see first hand what was going on. INstead I received a standardized response to the c store and galaxy X issue telling me what the requirements are to claim and buy stuff. I wouldnt have even contacted tech support if i didnt meet them I already KNEW that and explained it but that was my response.

I get the peculiar bug where I get an "Inventory full" message as soon as I get a drop or something from the exchange (which gets in the "extra" slots).
You might try to empty your bank (as much as possible) and reclaim the ship again.
I call it, the Stoutes paradox.

Cant reclaim ships, small craft or any items that are re-claimable from the c store.
Account bank will not work and I cannot get anything out of it.

bug reports will not go anywhere as they never get a response. Try submitting a ticket to the accounts department since this is a c-store issue.

LOL. And you think he will receive a useful answer using a ticket?? xDDDD. Some of you are so innocent... xD
Unfortunately, there are sooooo many cases in where the response sending a ticket, is so useless, and the basic response is.. its a bug, just delete your character and create a new one... (for example). Nice solution xD.

The ONLY other option I can think of is to try and send a PM to laughingtrendy (since smirk is off for a week), explain the situation and put in your ticket numbers that you've submitted showing no resolution and see if she can't help you.
Beyond that I got no other ideas
