Lifetime monthly Zen... Not this month?

sophus84atsophus84at Member Posts: 404 Arc User
well as well known Lifetime members get a monthly bonus of 500 Zen each month and mostly that is on the 26th or latest 27th.

I wanted to ask if due to the holidays there is a delay this month as it is 29th and still nothing? Or did they change something there?

I always assumed it was due around the time you took out a Lifetime subscription.

Hence why I received mine early in December.

If you definetly haven't received it this month, put a Ticket in to Billing (I think, you may wish to ask around for the exact place to send a report to) and they'll look into it for you.

I usually get mine around the 16th, but it can come as early as the 15th or as late as the 20th. It varies from month to month. Give it a few days first and see if it shows up. If not, then send a billing ticket for sure.

Just so you know, I don't think you're alone. I didn't get my stipend this month, either.

I received mine on the 24th and my friend gets his on the 11th and we both got ours on schedule. You are supposed to get it on your monthly anniversary of your lifetime sub. If you are a monthly sub then you get it on your billing date if I'm not mistaken.

Maybe with everyone out on vacation the last week of the year there is some manual process they need to complete for those who fall into that date range. I would still put in a ticket like someone else said just in case.

If you look at the in-game C-store, you would see Zen in the bottom left corner of the window.

I usually get mine on either the 14th or 15th of the month, and I've been a LTS since August.

    Wait, your a life-timer?
I thought all life-timers had the "Career Officer" forum title, but you are an ensign. Is there something I'm missing here?

you have to manually change it, not compulsary to show the title

Oh, I guess that makes sense, I wouldn't want to be forced to do anything.

just a thought for those who get a monthly stipend.. Make a note of the Due date it is to arrive, how much Zen you have in your account, and what things you purchase from C-Store or if you trade it for dil in the dil exchange, and jot this down on wordpad. Each month you get your stipend, jot it down.
    Like so :

500 Zen Stipend due on the 23rd Of each month. (Give or take a few days to be sure)

Stipend received Date Received Amount in Account Spent

500 Zen 21st February 2014 2450 Zen 550 Zen on Counseler Troi Uniform 1900 Zen
500 Zen 27th March 2014 2400 Zen 1000 Zen On 400k dil, 550 Zen on Next gen uniform 850 Zen

and so on and so on :) Save it your desktop or whereever.
I always thought i was missing zen at times until i started taking notes just like this down. There is no log in the C-store unfortunately so we gotta make one ourselves. And i tell you, it saves A LOT of headaches:)
