No Vet rewards for lifetime subscription

Hi

I have a lifetime sub but get no rewards when rolling a new toon. I get no fly up messages. I have no access to any Vet clothing. I have no option to buy an android boff from the vendor in ESD. I get no 700 day 5% bonus etc etc.
I have since made 2 more toons just incase it was a little bug and nothing again.
Could you please fix this as a lifetime sub is not a cheap thing to buy and I'm a little peeved to say the least.

    You won't get vet rewards until your character is level 5.
