Exchange sales not being listed

Myself and a few fleetmates have tried selling items on the exchange, the items are being reported as "successfully posted" but are not actually visible in any searches for the exact items.
Tested with fleet ship modules, tribbles and some vendor trash items
Posted items were even attempted with unique values (ie, 9,999,991) for easy identification and nobody (not including the seller) could find the items.
I bought 10 fleet ship modules to convert to approx. 70mil EC to buy a hirogen ship, and at the moment , they are completely useless as I simply cannot sell them.
Can we please look into / confirm, this?

if you search inn "all" it frequently doesn't show everything, which has been known for years.
fleet ship modules are under data samples.
Yes I was looking under categories and knew exactly where to find some of the items that we were trying to sell
