The Hirogen Hunter Heavy Escort crew size seams like it may be inaccurate.
The ship in game has a crew size of 200. It is a ship about the size of a B'rel, JHAS or a Defiant. Probably closer to a B'rel. Here is a thread which establishes that the size of this ship is accurate in game: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1018091 It also has an inertia rating of a larger vessel. Not sure if that really is an issue though.
This ship feels more like it should have a crew size of anywhere from 20-50 and an inertia rating of 70 or 80.

The ship's size has always suggested to me a smaller crew -- in fact in Voyager these ships often seemed to have small "packs" of Hirogen on them anyway. Perhaps the Alpha quadrant captains who have picked them up prefer to stuff crew in like sardines because the technology is too alien for one damage control crew?
