After patching game keeps crashing

After todays patch, every time i hit load screen, game freezes and crashes...put in safe mode, force verified, went through arc and not arc and steam, still same thing. ? Never had a issue before.

    I have had the same problem and it started to affect other online games world of tanks is not working either.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Arc system and star trek online along with my NVidia GeForce drivers and the problem has not been fixed I had to put the computer into get checked by the techs that work for the store I bought the computer from to see if they can fix the problem

    I keep getting an error message about kernals or something and windows will shut down and say it did so to stop any other damage to windows or other systems.

    Please help us with this problem thx.

    My computer has been playing world of tanks and star trek for months without any problems until now.

    SAME, world of tanks is not working, and now mech warrior is running horrid, all after this patch...hmm

    Yea... you can't blame the issues of the other games on STO... The game ONLY patches it's own files, and not files outside of the STO folder (and trust me... I have kept a VERY close eye on the files since Cryptic was sold to the Chine... I mean PWE).

    BUT: At least we now know something else must have happened, along with patch day... Perhaps one of your apps or windows was updated as well.
    Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
