Costume Graphical Bugs

Since the new Khan "off duty" outfits were added I'm having issues with my current outfits.

Some outfits I switch to now don't have any skin below the neck.
The neck seams are very visible now as the face skin doesn't match the body skin colors.
The MACO and Omega armor "show visuals" shows all parts but the chest area.
Some old outfits are now requiring Zen to display properly, TOS, Romulan 1/2.

Note I see in a post how to fix the Romulan 1/2 Zen requirements (join Federation) but that does not fix the missing exposed chest area.

Screen shot of issues.

The far right images is my login screen, where my ship (Vesta) is one of my Bridge Officers.
That issue has been for a long long time.

I have also, at every season update, re-download the entire game from scratch. As I noticed my STO folder growing quite large for no parent reason (was 12GB before I re-downloaded Season 8, and 0 screenshots)
So I just recently got S8.5 = 6.5GB.

Found another bug, I now can not keep my "non-uniform" on and enable visuals of an armor without the armor totally taking over!!

I used to be able to, for example, make a non-uniform costume, such as Voth. Then put on my Adapted MACO armor. I enable visuals of the A MACO armor and ONLY THE HELMET WOULD APPEAR, which is what I wanted. I would use this method for my Omega set, basically enabling a helmet on / off effect. Now since this patch before last, it is all messed up. Now any Armor enable visuals will override the entire costume. I understand it should be like that for Uniforms / off-duty, but not for MACO/OMEGA/VOTH costume unlocks.

Please Cryptic get your act together with the costumes. why must you break them when they are working fine.

On another one of my characters, I now can not get my Face, Chest, and Leg skin colors to be the same, even when the same color # is used.... wth.

I'm also having this issue. I own both the zipped down female uppers and the TOS uniforms from the C-store, and neither are working. There's a picture of the TOS glitch if you click through to my profile. It will also attempt to charge Zen since it seems to be trying to use parts from the Counselor Troi uniform.

Female panels and pockets for Feds are not working, either. They are supposed to have selectable colors for the panels, pockets, and inner part of the leg, but only one of these can be changed.

I had the issue with the BOFF showing up in place of my ship back before Legacy of Romulus. From LoR to Season 8.5 I've seen my ship. They're not nice legs, but they're not the Masamune either.

I also have the whole in that particular Romulan Republic top as well. I got it fill in in the tailor for a second, but when I exited out she was holey again.

Same issue with the Romulan Republic part.
For me it works at the tailor, but I'm supposed to pay 550 Zen to save it that way, even though I own all the parts. The alternative option is to hide not owned parts and have the bugged version. Curious.
