The Original Series Loose problem

Long time ago i bought Original Series - Loose outfit
And now even tho its marked as available at tailor,it is asking me to pay 500 zen once selected.
My Captain ,and half of crew have the same outfit,from old time,and now i tried to outfit new boff and its asking me to pay zen.

I already submitted ticket.But was wondering if anyone else has the same problem?

I must add that "The original Series" without loose are still free,only loose is asking for zen

    I must add that "The original Series" without loose are still free,only loose is asking for zen

    This is currently a known issue which is being investigated and hopefully resolved soon. for now there is a work around. Select an item u don't want, then untick box in lower left, then reselect the item you do want.

    I don't think that is anything to worry about I on occassions get missings floors while on ESD after a second or two it corrects itself

    Well maybe,
    although i never experienced missing floors or any other issues .
    Running all on max settings

    The problem persist on other toons that try to put that (loose) on them.No other outfit has that problem
    And i must point that my old toons with that outfit don't have missing body parts.Only new ones
    (i don't wanna try to edit their costumes ,tho,too much of a risk to let body parts loose :) )

    I dunno might be armless, or send them to club 47 to get legless :P:)

    Seriously though, I think it is a grasphics settings issue, maxing them out could be the problem, try tweaking them down, play around with the settings, experiment, without compromising the overall look that best suits you.

    I tested,bug is not in graphic
    bug is in costume
    If i select loose outfit and i leave box ticked to show all costumes-there is no visible bug at all

    BUT
    The moment i unpick and choose to show only owned costumes,my shoulders and neck disappear

    Same exact problem here. Can't edit my captain or any of my Boffs. Submitted two tickets. Haven't heard anything. I've had this problem for a few weeks now. For now, I'll just have to do with no neck

    Wish I'd have stumbled across this thread earlier! Just bought the TOS uniform, I've got the same problem; if I choose The Original Series - Loose on Upper then it asks me for 550 zen but if I untick Show Unowned Costume Parts my female b'off losses her shoulders.

    Bug is still happening.
    And what is worse,my ticket is gone as well.
