CTD when getting to klingon academy

I CTD'ed with my klingon character first , tried to relog back to him, ctd again, then went there with my romi, same thing. Only my fed character is playable now. Checked the files, tried to log in both my chars several times. CTD every time.

Same thing happened yesterday when I was starting the new mission, but eventually , when I tried starting it with the 3 chars it fixed itself.

    so when it was scanning the files it told me it could not open some file for writing. I started the game in an administrator mode and it stopped crashing
