You can reach me in-game via the email system by using my handle (the @risingstar2009). Or you can use that to try and send me a friend invite as well.

Trying to contact me via chat is a bit annoying since you don't know any of my character names, and I have about 8 characters (most are level 50).

Thanks again, do we each need to be online to send/receive the invite?

For the friend invite, no. Fleet invite, yes.

Thanks again for the help risingstar 2009. I know we had a very brief chat, however I've now eliminated my previous alliance mad ready to move forward. I'd like to coordinate a time, maybe 7-11pm Central Time (if you're in the states) to meet and get this done. I am not good with the chat tool so please forgive my ignorance.

Not a problem. I'm MST, so it'll probably be closer to the 10-11pm CST.

I'm currently in the process of getting everything lined up for the Fleet website (i.e. ranking structure, projects in progress/completed, that sort of stuff) and hope to have it up by the end of the month.

In the mean time, feel free to check out some of the build a couple of us have posted.

And I always answer my email's in-game as soon as I am able to (which is shortly after I log in to a character).

You may catch me running through the dailies for the anniversary event with the many characters I have. All of my Federation characters belong to the 76th Fleet, so no worries on contacting me.

another question, can I, where do I need to go to buy an extra cloak device? Also, is there a better, more place to go to get more powerful weapons rather than Earth Spacedock?

In addition, I am saving Omega Marks for Borg gear.

Only 2 ships come with the cloaking device for the Federation. The Galaxy-X (the 3 nacelle Galaxy-Class) and the Tactical Escort Retrofit. Both of those are Z-Store ships and about 2000 Zen each. And the only way to get the cloak.

As for weapons, once you've donated a bit to the fleet, you gain rank. At a certain level, you're allowed access to our Fleet Provisions store in which you can purchase Ultra Rare Mk XII gear.

Other than that, the best weapons are on the Romulan Reputation system. Depending on which energy type you've decided on using.
