I have a libereated borg and the passive regen rate of the character does not appear to be working correctly. Every 5-6 seconds it seems to kick in for a fraction of a second and goes away. My joint trill that also has a passive regen rate does not have this issues, just the borg.
I never really paid that close of attention to it, but you're right. It does just sit at 100 then tick up for less than a second and drop back down. Probably never going to get fixed either unfortunately.
This has been a problem for years, as far as I can remember infact and I've been here since Open Beta. So before there was a Liberated Borg trait and it was Borg Nanites it still didn't work.

Sweet, so another bug that'll never be fixed. Can Liberated Romulans get infected ears sometime oh before the game ends maybe? Also maybe change our trait pool to show liberated Romulan instead of Liberated Human.
I have 'Borg Infected Pointed 1' for the ears, maybe it isn't available for all.

Health regen is not just a display issue, since in combat you should have 10% regen, if u take damage and stay in combat you notice the health does not increase every 6 seconds, or at all.

Could just be a display issue, as a lot of things I see will sometimes flicker between 0% and 100% back and forth.
