Unnable to get the new Kahn Outfit

1) I have Arc installed
2) I logged in to STO with Arc
3) I received no mail regarding the Kahn set
4) I checked my off duty tab x8
5) I restarted STO/ARC x5

What am I missing? :(

    I am having the exact same problem. I am in game, using the ARC browser interface to type this message and yet no Arc message nor notification of a Khan Costume unlock code is anywhere to be seen(!)

    It tells me the code is invalide (On-Login) so, what to do!

    I've noticed I can't seem to find the off duty Kahn clothes either.
    I did everything it said on the website.

    Anyone know a solution to this problem?

    Isn't it only for people who have tested ARC up until today, and not new downloaders from today after the announcement?

    For those who did get the mail, the outfit is hidden in the head options, since Cryptic, in their infinite wisdom, decided to hide the off duty outfit options there in a drop down menu.

    I've never liked the new tailor options. Just put the off duty uniforms in the same drop down menu as the regular ones. You pick it, your whole outfit changes. Don't make us go hunting down menus to find stuff.

    Had arc before this used it.
    Have arc still.
    No email saying new Khan uniform.
    No Khan uniform options except the Starfleet Wrath of Khan outfit for regular outfits.
    Yes i looked at the head option off duty no khan outfit there.
    Yes i am starting up sto in the arc client still nothing.

    The email (when it appears) will be in game, not on the arc client. Just like you receiving the incredibly helpful emails stating that your exchange has sold. Once you have that (& it will appear to all of your toons) , then hit the tailor, off duty, you'll have kahn hair for the head, then several uniform options ionclluding top, chest, gloves, wrist thingy, belt, lower & feet.

    What I would like to see change is because its in the off duty section only, you cant wear it on your boffs. I hope this gets changed soon.

    I can't find Khan hair. I can find some Khan gloves in the uniform but that's all.

    Hope the following helps.

    1. Upon logging in to a character through Arc launcher you should find a system message in your mail.
    2. Head to the tailor and open any slot for create or modify THAT IS NOT YOUR FIRST SLOT. The first slot is reserved for Uniforms only so Khan's outfit will not show up here.
    3. About 2/3rds down the screen is the word ADVANCED and below are the options for Head, Body and Uniform. Click on Head.
    4. Near the top right corner of the Head option page is a dropdown menu (defaults to Uniform). Click this and select Off Duty.
    5. Under head type if the Khan headwrap. Under Hairstyle you will find Khan's hairstyle (unisex)
    6. Clicking Uniform tab set the Top (I forget what it is called right now so will edit once in-game) option to Open Shirt and you should find all of Khan's options now, which include gloves, necklace, undershirt (if you want one) and jacket. Setting pants to tight will give you Khan's pants option. Boots should have Khan's boots and Belt should have Khan's belt.

    Glad to see helpful responses from other uses on this thread.

    I've corresponded with PWE support personnel about this problem and they've confirmed that my account is having "technical problems" that only the developers themselves can solve. I've logged in to STO with all of my characters using the Arc client and have not received any in-game messages nor items for either the Khan Costume or Ferengi Shuttle promotions.

    So if you've fulfilled all the requirements for these giveaways and not gotten the rewards yet, know that you're not alone.
