Texture change for female mid-ankle pants "Panels and Pockets"

For females, the mid-ankle pants named "Panels and Pockets" have been replaced with a new pants option named "Panels and Pockets Long". The new pants have a completely different texture from the old pants. The male version of the pants has not changed. The knee-high version of "Panels and Pockets" also remains the same for both males and females.

    The mid ankle panels and pockets has completely disappeared for the female characters.. What gives? Will they come back?

    Edit; Also, the coloring option for them is bugged, but only again with the female characters. The panels and pockets allow for only one part of the trousers to be changed, the rest is fixed. I can work around this by choosing a Jupiter one first, applying the correct colors, and then switch back to the panels and pockets. Still, it shouldn't have to work that way.

    Yep. Panels and Pockets missing for Low Ankle for females. But I believe the textures were intentional. It's like that for all characters that have access to the pants. The old texture is nowhere to be seen, at least I haven't seen it anymore since season 8 launched, or sometime shortly after.

    I guess Cryptic decided to update it without asking the community first. It doesn't look too bad in my opinion though.

    My Female BOffs were wearing Loose Mid Ankle - Panels and Pockets when this happened, and it caused their legs to disappear entirely; causing them to put on their best Rayman impersonation, and forcing me to switch over to a different pair of pants in order fix it.
    For personal reasons, I've left Star Trek Online.

    I am having the same issue (invisible female mid-ankle Panels and Pockets). It won't even show up as a choice (it will for male characters)! I'm glad it's not just me.

    Forgot to mention that I have noticed all NPCs in the game with these particular pants are showing the same new textures as what us players get on it, hence why I think the texture change was intentional.

    I like the old textures better to be honest and wish Cryptic gave us a choice allowing us to choose either the old or new textures. :(

    Can we please get the real graphic back for this? y entire crew uses these, since they did look like BDU pants. And they had matching color patterns to go with Sierra tops.
    Now nothing looks remotely matching anymore for those :(
