Are there diminishing returns on negative resistance values?

Seriously, I need one of those PvP geniuses with parsers out there.
I'm having trouble trying to figure out whether the magnitude of negative damage resistance scales the same way as positive resistance.

Yes.
I don't think you need a parser for that.
(I mean, it isn't going to use a different calculation just because one value is a negative, is it? I hope not.)

The max negative resis is 400% I think but there are diminishing returns.
Here is the formula I posted a while ago I think it is correct.
=-((1/((1+(1/(1-0.75))-1-(((1/(1- 0.75))-1)/(1+("Total+MAG"/((1/(1- 0.75))-1))+(("Total+MAG"/((1/(1- 0.75))-1))^2))))/(1+(1/(1-0.75))-1-(((1/(1- 0.75))-1)/(1+("Total-MAG"/((1/(1- 0.75))-1))+(("Total-MAG"/((1/(1- 0.75))-1))^2))))))-1
Note the "Total+MAG? or "Total-MAG" is whatever the tool tip say divided by 100. So if Sensor Scan is 70 put .70 into the formula.
I got the formula for +Resis for the STOked podcast
