New Episode Big Bug porblem

Ok I am Playing the new Episode right now and I am having major problems with it for some reason its all ****ing Black is this part of the game and if it is who bright Idea was it i cannot complete it like this NEED HELP

    I too am having blackout issues. More so when I equip the EV suit and go out for a space walk...and nothing is fixing it.
    I don't take sides, I work angles. More choices that way.

    tried changing all known video settings, directx version etc.. logging out of game etc.. whenever we do the space walk part, it becomes pitch black and you can't see anything!!!!!

    it's exactly like stumbling around in a dark room looking for the light switch when you don't know where to go, except I dont' have the sense of touch to help me here.

    Well at least your game didn't crash twice on two of your toons trying to load into the Klingon academy.

    I have two rank 50 Klingon toons that I can't get out of the zone due to the client crashing. Heck I did a recheck on all the files and everything is ok on my end as far as the files go but i can't get my toons out.

    Heck for some odd reason the game just won't let me into the Klingon academy. Starfleet academy is ok just not the Klingon academy.

    P.S. Found what was going on and fixed it now i can get my toons back. Have to make sure the game is run compatiblity is Xp sp3

    great glad you fixed an issue completely unrelated to this post. Care to take a crack at what everyone else in this thread is talking about?

    Well i would suggest hitting up your compatibily of your shortcut or .exe file to be compatible with window xp. sp3

    But i don't know if that would fix the issue.
    I tried it and was able to retrieve my toons. However when I did switch over to Xp sp3 compatilbity there was zero sound or music. Would it fix the screen issue? Dunno didn't have much of and issue with it other than watching my Orion only having a head, feet, and hand visible during the space walk part.

    Then again i switched back from xp sp3 compatibilty back to normal when i did that episode. So i have no clue if it would work or not.

    i hate when people GO OF TOPIC!!!!!! I think when the servers went up there was a glitch that caused the problem and did not load the graphics it some times happens I know when My computer some times Restarts the Direct X is not loaded and I have to restart again it happens so I hope its just a matter of restarting the Server
