Romulan Reputation quests not working

  You don't need to run the missions to progress the rep, they just give extra marks on top of the ones you can earn in the rest of the New Romulus/Tau Dewa block.
  
  The only time you NEED to run a mission is once you max out Tier 5 rep and then claim your reward from D'Tan.
  
  But have you spoken to the Romulan Civilian in the camp near each of these locations? This is required to trigger the access to the caves and the ruins.

  It's all part of a chain of quests. You have to finish the previous quest to be able to move onto the next. A lot of people have this same problem. You get a quest at T5 so you can claim your T5 reward etc. But since you haven't completed the previous quests you can't claim your reward as you have no way to enter the underground ruins. So finish the ones you haven't completed. I recently did this with my Romulan toon and had zero issues.
  
  And yes you want to talk to the guy next to the transporter pad by the underground ruins. He gives the underground ruins quest. Bring 5 environmental suits. Once that quest is finished an npc will appear and you can do the cutscene and claim the T5 reward.

  Ok, thanks guys. Yes I had done the previous quests, but forgot about having to pick up another quest to actually open up the specific mission area for these last two. I picked up some quest from the female civilian around the ruins, and lo and behold it opens up the underground area I have to go to. Honestly this should be spelled out when you get the quests, or they should go hand in hand, because picking up the quests from the rep itself should also unlock the area since you have to go.
  
  Also I was perfectly aware you can level up the rep without needing to do the quests, I just wanted my quests because it is extra exp/skill points and of course, extra Romulan Marks.
