Loosing all dilithium!

I have filed a bug report in game as well, but will post it here in hopes of finding others with similar issues.
I have already tried resolving this with a GM (Incident: 131222-000218) but have instead been encouraged to report this as a bug.
I will paste the initial ticket under:
I suddenly lost all refined and unrefined dilithium. Both amounts are shown as 0. At first I thought it was just lag, that it's there but it just doesn't show. To check this I tried making a payment with dil but the game did not allow it due to amount of dil being 0. This means all my dil is gone.
I have tried loging off and on again.
I'll try to add some additional info:
This bug has occurred on the one character I play daily, Lukas. I have checked the other characters and see that they have the right amount of dil still in possession. Seems that this bug occurs during playing, then.
When it happened to me at first, it was as if the game lagged and took time to load the appropriate amounts in the fields under the assets tab of the inventory.
The morning the bug happened the game was extremely laggy. I would get disconnect warnings and freeze only to rubber band back into some previous position, bot in ship and third person view. I had tried loging on and off to resolve the issue. Tried also restarting Arc, as if that could help.
I can't say for certain how much dilithium is gone. I had a days worth of unrefined, as I had just ended a grinding cycle and I like to keep it unrefined to see how much I have gathered. I had a larger amount of refined. 40-70K or so.
Earlier, just prior to the bug I had been filling fleet projects with dil to get fleet credits.
I think I was in Earth space dock vicinity, in ship/system view, when I opened my inventory and noticed that both the dil amounts zeroed out. I immediately tried making a purchase with dil and got a message that I had none, which means it was not just a visual bug. The dil was gone.
Please resolve this issue and get my dil back, since I was really looking forward to playing during the holidays. With all my dil gone and the uncertainty of it happening again any time I open my inventory I am loosing the will to invest time in this game.
